I took my car in for it's 20000 mile scheduled appointment. My service advisor was polite, friendly and very helpful. The work was completed on time and the color coded status summary for each of the inspection points made it very easy to review.

My brakes started vibrating. Lynch's service department was fully booked but they squeezed me in. I was told that it might take a few days to get my car back, but I had it back the following evening. No hard sell on unnecessary repairs. As always. Brakes are as smooth as glass now A+.

Again, very professional, friendly, and punctual. The waiting time, however, was just over 2 hours. A little too long for the 15,000 maintenance check. Happy nothing was wrong with the car!
